助理教授

个人介绍:

周乐,助理教授,博士毕业于沈阳药科大学天然药物化学专业,后于香港大学从事博士后研究工作,2020年10月入职中国科学院南海海洋研究所,历任助理研究员、副研究员;2023年10月加入深圳技术大学药学院,主要从事传统中药药效物质基础研究及微生物来源活性次级代谢产物的挖掘和生物合成研究;已发表SCI论文近40篇。授权国家发明专利1件,担任Front. Chem.J. Mar. Sci. Eng.等SCI期刊客座编辑,目前主持或参与国家及省、市级科研项目共计6项。

1.国家自然科学基金青年项目:海洋真菌SCSIO GtR01梭链孢烷型抗感染先导物的定向挖掘及其内酯环形成机制研究,2022.01-2024.12,30万元,主持;

2.广东省自然科学基金-面上项目:基于表观遗传修饰激活技术挖掘真菌抗革兰氏阴性菌活性物质,2022.01-2024.12,10万元,主持;

3.广州市基础与应用基础研究项目:基于LC-MS指导下的三株珊瑚附生真菌中抗MRSA活性成分的导向挖掘,2022.04-2024.03,5万元,主持;
