深圳技术大学药学院成立于2020年，是一所高起点、高定位、高速发展的应用研究型药学院。学院现设药学、中药学、生物制药和口腔医学技术四个本科专业，2023年成立口腔学院并与药学院合署办公，形成多学科协同、产学研用深度融合的办学格局。

学院对标德国、瑞士应用技术大学范式，确立“应用为本、创新驱动、开放融合、智能引领”的办学理念，立足粤港澳大湾区生物医药产业集群，致力打造国内一流、国际知名的应用研究型药学院。学院坚持价值塑造与能力培养并重，着力培育兼具家国情怀、国际视野、工匠精神与产业适配力的复合型药学人才。

学院硬件条件居全国同类学院前列：教学科研实验室面积近1.5万平方米，仪器设备总值超1.9亿元，建成涵盖本科教学、科研、大型仪器、虚拟仿真、GMP实验、细胞培养、生物安全二级及SPF级动物实验八大功能区，并规划建设“一带一路”中医药研究院、智能生物技术研究院和中药标本馆。

师资力量雄厚：现有教职工68人，专任教师51人，博士占比98%，有境外经历教师占比62.75%；拥有俄罗斯外籍院士2人、国务院特贴专家1人、深圳市高层次人才33人，博导9人、硕导47人。

人才培养特色鲜明：实行“教授负责制”，实践性课程学分占比超60%，建成“药学技能五平台轮训”实践教学体系。现有在校本科生817人，依托深圳大学招收硕士、博士及博士后，在读研究生131人、在站博士后13人。学生获省级以上学科竞赛奖50余项，首届毕业生去向落实率达94.5%。

科研创新能力突出：累计承担科研项目125项，总经费1.1亿元，其中国家级13项；发表SCI论文519篇（中科院1区155篇，IF>10的47篇）；获省部级科技奖励2项、授权发明专利20项。

产教深度融合：对接深圳“20+8”产业集群，与华润三九、康泰生物、华大基因等60余家龙头企业合作，共建实习基地20余所、校企联合实验室5个。

国际化办学体系化：与德国、法国等多所高校建立战略合作，建成10门全英文课程，常态化开展师生交流与联合培养。

学院以党建引领发展，打造“党建·药方”品牌和“闪药”文化，持续举办“中医药文化节”等活动，正朝着“国内一流、国际知名”的高水平应用研究型药学院稳步迈进。

The College of Pharmacy at Shenzhen Technology University was founded in 2020. It is an applied research college characterized by high standards, clear strategic positioning, and rapid development. We offer four undergraduate programs: Pharmacy, Chinese Materia Medica, Biopharmaceuticals, and Dental Technology. In 2023, the School of Stomatology was established and now operates under the same administrative structure as the College of Pharmacy, creating an educational structure that integrates multiple disciplines and strengthens collaboration among education, research, industry, and application.

Our educational philosophy is shaped by universities of applied sciences in Germany and Switzerland and is grounded in four guiding principles: application first, innovation-driven progress, open integration, and intelligent development. Rooted in the biomedical industry cluster of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, we are committed to becoming a nationally leading and internationally recognized applied research college of pharmacy. We place equal weight on character formation and professional competence, preparing interdisciplinary pharmaceutical professionals who possess national commitment, an international outlook, craftsmanship, and strong industry adaptability.

The college’s teaching and research facilities rank among the best of their kind in China. Its teaching and research laboratories cover nearly 15,000 square meters, and the total value of its instruments and equipment exceeds 190 million yuan. The college has established eight functional zones: undergraduate teaching, scientific research, large-scale instruments, virtual simulation, GMP practice, cell culture, biosafety level-2 laboratories, and SPF-grade animal facilities. The college is also planning to establish a Belt and Road Research Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, an Intelligent Biotechnology Research Institute, and a Chinese Medicine Specimen Museum.

The college has a strong and highly qualified faculty team. We have 68 staff members, including 51 full-time teachers. Among them, 98% hold doctoral degrees, and 62.75% have overseas experience. The team includes two foreign academicians of the Russian Academy of Engineering, one expert receiving a special government allowance from the State Council, and 33 Shenzhen high-level talents. We have 9 doctoral supervisors and 47 master’s supervisors, who are committed to providing close academic guidance to students.

The college’s talent cultivation model is strongly practice-oriented. Through a professor-led mentorship system, students receive direct guidance from faculty members from the early stages of their studies. Practice-based courses account for more than 60% of total program credits, and we have built a five-platform rotational practical training system that develops broad, practical pharmaceutical skills. We currently have 817 undergraduate students. In partnership with Shenzhen University, the college recruits master’s and doctoral students as well as postdoctoral fellows; currently, 131 graduate students and 13 postdoctoral fellows are working with us. Our students have won more than 50 awards in provincial-level competitions and above, and our first cohort of graduates achieved a graduate destination confirmation rate of 94.5%.

The college has demonstrated strong capacity in research and innovation. To date, we have undertaken 125 research projects, with total funding reaching 110 million yuan, including 13 national-level projects. Faculty members have published 519 SCI-indexed papers, 155 of them in CAS Zone 1 journals and 47 with an impact factor above 10. We have also received two provincial- or ministerial-level science and technology awards and obtained 20 authorized invention patents.

The college has developed deep industry-education integration. Aligned with Shenzhen’s “20+8” strategic emerging industry clusters, we work closely with more than 60 leading companies, including China Resources Sanjiu, Kangtai Biological, and BGI. Together, we have established more than 20 internship bases and five joint industry-university laboratories, ensuring that teaching and research remain closely aligned with real-world needs.

Internationalization is an established part of the college’s development strategy. We have strategic partnerships with universities in Germany, France, Macao, and other regions. We offer more than 10 courses taught entirely in English, and we regularly conduct student and faculty exchanges as well as joint training programs.

A strong sense of community and shared purpose underpins the college’s development. Through the “Pharmacy-Oriented Party Building Initiative” and the “Shining Pharmacy” culture, the college continues to organize activities such as the Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture Festival. Step by step, the college is advancing toward its vision of becoming a high-level applied research college of pharmacy that is nationally leading and internationally recognized.
